Key Responsibilities
- Provide high quality and quantity of outbound outreach to prospective customers by phone, email, Linkedin and other channels
- Conduct virtual sales demos with prospects from all over the globe
- Maintain sales pipeline and successfully close out potential customers on time
- Log activities and pipeline progression to our CRM
- Establish and maintain a relationship with customers to grow accounts and expand customer base
- Learn and develop a thorough understanding of our platform and industry
- Maintain constant awareness of market positioning amongst competitors, using data and insight to suggest creative and bold ways to improve the brand proposition within the market
- Work together with the product, marketing, and customer support teams to optimize sales strategy
- Report weekly sales goals and objectives to your team lead at the beginning of each week
Requirements
- Advanced level of English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working with stakeholders of varying levels, including senior leadership
- 1-3 years of direct sales experience in a startup or a technology company
